It's a new feature where OCSM's can add photo sets and videos to their profile and then users can buy them using their freeones points. I'm pretty sure it's still in its beta stage and only select OCSMs have it at this point but hopefully something that all OCSMs can offer in the future. The ops would be able to give you the info I'm sure.
