i doubt theyll ever block nonmembers from voting as i believe one of the main reasons they do the contest is to attract more attention.

still, i dont think you need to worry too much about the standings too much right now. as long as youre doing well enough to get into the next round thats good enough, mostly because in the final round who knows who's going to be voting for who or in what categories.

the only thing i can guarantee is that youve got my vote

Yes, that's all very true.

Thanks Harley :drawheart:

Any Chance you could show the stuff on your shoulder? It's kinda hard to see what it is.

Absolutely. I have a few photos on my site of better images of my tat. Here's a few.

It's a phoenix sitting on top of a clock with the numbers falling off the clock. The flowers are lilacs, which is my mom's favorite flower. The clock and the numbers symbolize that time is precious and can slip away very quickly. The phoenix symbolizes rebirth. In a way, for me it also symbolizes that throughout life, there can be a lot of drama, emotional ups and downs, and it can kill us if we let it, but after all that is said and done, the love is still there and rises again. The lilacs for my mom are pretty self explanatory. I put those in there because I didn't have the best relationship with her growing up, in fact there was hardly any relationship at all (she never even so much as said "Hi, how was your day?" when I came home from school), but I love her more than ever now. We've been through a lot of rough times, sometimes I've felt ignored, sometimes I've made her feel disappointed in me and I've hurt her in some of the things I've done in the past, but none of that can surpass the love we have for each other.

I hate when people ask me what the numbers mean when they first see my tattoo. They always ask and say that they thought they were a date of some sort, like a RIP date or something. So, figured I'd explain that before you asked :)

I'm thinking it won't be too difficult to get me into round 3 in some of the categories, but winning any of them is a different story. Regardless if I win (which I really, really want to!), I'm still proud that I've made it this far.

You should be proud, as you've accomplished a lot in a short period of time.

You should also not underestimate your awesomeness. You get votes from me every day. I'm just trying to get you to the next round. Then more regulars will push their votes to you, too.

If that's what you say inspires a tattoo such as that, I can't wait to see what you get for the tattoo inspired by me.

You've had my vote in just about every category you can place in daily, and I certainly plan on continuing said trend. I have no doubt you'll make it to the final round, and then you'll see even more support coming your way. Take things a day at a time and continue bribing us with goodies, you'll see things pick up in your favor.

Awww, I didn't know you were voting for me every day!

Yes, a day at a time is the way to go. As long as I can stay in the top 15 for round 2 in the 3 sub categories I'm in, I'll make it to round 3 and then can start worrying about winning. One day at a time, one round at a time!

Seriously, you are so sweet.
