yeah, every model or hot actress i see on conan says the same thing.

A lot of the hot models and actresses that say that stuff weren't really that terrible looking when they were younger. Some complain about having had too big a forehead, worn ridiculous clothes, acne, gangly legs, fat thighs, etc. But really, if you had seen me when I was younger, you'd understand better. I'm not just looking for pity or feeling sorry for myself. I really did look like shit. I had an extra tooth, so my teeth were extremely crooked (overlapping each other and all that). People would legit cringe when they saw me smile. Up until I was 11, I couldn't close my mouth. People had nicknames for me, like Lippy, up until I was 17 or 18. Being born with an extra large forehead and being born with a cleft lip are two completely different situations.

Many reasons. I'll try to keep it simple.

- I hate dirty talk. I can't even say, "fuck me" or "You feel so good" without feeling and sounding awkward.
- I lost a lot of friends and gained a really bad reputation in my town because of doing porn. I don't entirely care all that much what people think of me, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't care at all.
- I have a boyfriend, so I don't do guy/girl.
- Overall, I'm a horrible actress. Yes, porn is acting, to an extent. It might not be a lot of acting, at least for some girls, but for me it is because my personal sex life is completely different than anything you see in porn.
- I don't do anything most other girls do in videos, like moan ridiculously loudly, do strip teases, dance sexily, shake my ass, giggle, flip my hair, flirt with guys, etc. It's unnatural for me to act girly and flirty and all that good stuff.
- I'd rather be comfortable and happy than uncomfortable, stressed out, dreading the next time I have to shoot a video. When I did shoot videos, I did not look forward to any of it in the least bit whatsoever because I knew how uncomfortable I was going to be.

how about something not so explicit or faked? would you still feel uncomfortable if it was something tamer like answering questions or something?

I'm just kidding of course. And it pains me to read that you're insecure about your face. You're right when you say you're not ugly, but that's not the best way to phrase it. I agree that you don't have what most would consider "classical" beauty features or bone structure, but, frankly, that's not a negative. You're beautiful, especially your face, in an excellent, and unique way. I can't think of anyone else who looks like you. I think your face is gorgeous. That surely has to count for something, right?

I wouldn't want to do awkward sex videos. I would still be expected to say or do something that I wouldn't normally do, I guarantee it. I would probably be ok doing videos if I wasn't expected to do all those certain things. But even then, I get too much stage fright. It's not the same as photos. During photo shoots, I can pause between poses, I can say whatever I want, like "I'm freezing!" Or, "Do I look ridiculous?" Or, "Is my hair sticking up?" If I get stuck on what to do next, I can take a moment to think about it and not worry about how I look at that particular moment because I'm not being filmed. With videos, your movements have to be fluid. If you fuck up, you can't stop to adjust yourself, you have to keep going. I'm not a very graceful, fluid person. I don't like having to put on a constant show. I like to be able to model but do my own thing simultaneously.

I appreciate your compliments. But no matter how many times someone tells me I'm beautiful, I will still always, always, always have that lingering insecurity. The compliments do brighten up my day, but I am still very self conscious.

Oh haha I'm really doubting that I'll win Miss FreeOnes 2012. It would be really awesome and I'd be so happy, but I don't think I'll win the main contest. If I did though... I'd seriously consider quitting my job at the restaurant so I could use my time to get other things done, like getting my GED, exercising, writing, and modeling more. I am kind of miserable at my job, but I gotta keep it if I want a roof over my head and food in my belly. I'd also use the money to pay off my old dentist bill from a year ago, finally get a doctor appointment to sort out my headache problems, and book a vacation to somewhere tropical, like Hawaii. I've never flown before, let alone been anywhere tropical. I'm dying to see the world before I die!

However I think I do stand a fair chance at winning one of the other categories. With that money, I'll most definitely use it to pay off my old dentist bill, and do whatever I need to with the rest. I don't plan on spending it all as soon as it comes (if I win, that is). I need to stash some of it away for later times.

EDIT: And also, if I were to win the main contest, I'd give a portion of the money to my mom. She's about to lose her house, can hardly afford groceries, doesn't have cable because she can't afford it, and for a couple months (might even still be, I haven't seen her since December) she was without electricity. She couldn't even cook. Giving her some money would really help her out. I love my mom and what she's going through breaks my heart.

I've been getting headaches literally every single day for the last 2 years. It's always in the same spot- on the back on the right side of my neck where my neck meets my head. It never fails. They used to just creep up on me in the afternoon, but the past couple weeks, they've been coming first thing in the morning, as soon as I wake up. Unless I take advil all throughout the day, I'm in pain all day. So, advil it is.

It's such a pain in the ass. I'm sick of these headaches.
