Sometimes it's a formatting problem. If it expects 03/13 it won't take 3/13, 03/2013 or 03/01/13, etc.

The signup to Vivid Entertainment can be through many different providers. Mine was though Epoch... give them a call; toll free (800) 893-8871 or try the Int'l telephone 1-310-664-5810. Most likely, like knownone says, it's probably a formatting problem with the dates on the card.

Why do people assume the members at freeones can answer a question about a website none of us are affiliated? We might have a few members who have joined the site, but why should it be there responsibility to solve someone else's problem.
