Its defo a Euro flick, its was a compilation i had years ago on VHS. Jean Pierre Armand has a few scenes and i remember there was some dodgy voice-over at the start of each scene. (Astrid Pils is the blonde actress) Toni Francess is also in it. Think the movie was called radio bizarre
