Please tell me more about the Brussel sprout stalk, I'm intriged by it. What's the length of the stalk? How much does it weigh? Where was it grown and harvested? What's the diameter of the sprouts? Are you going to soft boil or hard boil the sprouts?

i don't know how long but hella long lol. the sprouts when removed from the stalk weighed 2 lbs 4 ozs. i toss them with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and roast them in the oven nom nom nom.

The only way I even kinda like them is in a light sauté with bacon. They need to be crispy.
