She was reportedly 17 at the time those photos were taken. The Exif data on the pictures say they were taken in May and June of 2006.

Though the actress is now of legal age, she is said to have been 17 years old when she took the photos of herself with a camera phone.

According to Perez Hilton, who had posted the semi-nude images on his Web site Wednesday, lawyers for Hudgens have demanded the photos be removed because the actress was underage.

Hudgens is apparently not planning to issue a statement the way she did the last time her personal photos were leaked.

They are being removed from sites all across the interwebs.
