US urges new climate goals

If this could be a vehicle to actually change things for the better, I'm all for it; however, with the unwillingness of the US administration to budge and the refusal of China and India (as well as other developing countries) to work with the West, I have my doubts.

We can't even stop the Chinese from fishing some species into extinction... I can't imagine they'd be on board for something of this scale.

When I say third-word countries I'm probably talking more about 2nd world countries like the ones in Africa and the Middle East...
