Hm, the text on the first page doesn't make it any better...

Inspired by the delicious traditional flatbreads of Germany, our Dr. Kracker crackers are made with a blend of nature's best organic whole grains and seeds, then yeast-raised and artisan-baked to perfect crispness.

But if they actually mean "Knäckebrot" (and so it seems), I think I'll have to disappoint Dr. Kracker's fans: he's ripping you off! We Germans may have been the "Uber Krackers" once, but we're not responsible for this bread. We have developed it further maybe, but the original idea for this bread is Danish and Swedish (Wasa).
So, werrrr hat's errrrfunden? Nicchhhht die Schwizerrrr... und auch nicchht die Daitschen! (little insider joke for alle the German speaking folks here)
