The brunette looks a lot like Marisa Tomei, I don't think it is her though.

I looked closely at the neck and collar of the brunette. There's some weirdness on the left side.

My thought is that it is probably a fake of the before mentioned Marisa Tomei. A second opinion would be nice.

Someone at the source of the image also says it's fake...

good call on the collar. if you look at the ring on the collar directly underneath her ear theres color discrepancies; it's pure white where skin should be. i believe we've been had folks; and its a damn shame too.
