Why did he ever allowed these "very agressive people" in NATO a year ago ? Did he knew they were aggressive ?
If YES, why did he allowed them anyway ?
If NO, it means he didn't knew what he was doing back then, it means he hadn't studied the case
Did Putin remeinded him that he wasn't very pleased about him allowing Montenegro in Nato ? That could explain such a change of mind from "The United States will work to further strengthen our already strong relationship with Montenegro and looks forward to formally welcoming the country as the twenty-ninth member of the NATO Alliance" to "Montenegro is a tiny country with very aggresive people. They're very strong people, they're very aggresive people. They make it aggresive and congratulations, we're in WW III".s
