They often are shit for looking up rare euro girls! And depending on the site you use, I guess it start with a P. they don't seem to simply rely on the face you submit.
Just two examples - I have searched for a girl from a 2004 ph episode. Every single result that came up was showing porn scenes with Nika Blond in it. But it can't have been her, Nika was standing next to the girl I was looking for and I cropped her out of the picture. She also isn't Nika's twin. The girl looks much more like Betty Versa, but it can't have been her either, because she too was at that PH episode.
Searched for a girl from DSO Cunts And Cocktails, about half of the results were showing Jana X, but again, it can't have been Jana X. She is tiny with almost no boobs. The girl I was looking for was the tallest in the whole orgy. But Jana X and the girl I was looking for (probably Gina Lee) were mixed up at iadf, including their body stats, probably by a copy & paste error from the old clubseventeen site. Interesting, isn't it? Jana and Gina don't look that much alike, but they were in scenes together and they were mixed up at iafd. So, looking for one girls brings up results of the other and as far as it is possible to tell for me, it has nothing to do with their face but maybe bad iafd credits.
And it seems somebody keeps adding to these errors by submitting these shitty results back to iafd. Quite a lot of DSO episodes recently got girls in it that never were there, usually some russian pornstars with generic names like Andy. Andys page now is full of errors up to a point that is should be removed completly from iafd. I suspect AI sites are using iafds credits or at least headshot as a reference. Wihout even looking at 'her' dso episodes I bet my house on Andy never been there at all, but for some reason somebody must think so. Again, impossible to tell for sure but I bet my money on the first error leading to more when using AI sites.

Worst case here is that girls are added to iafd credits who were underage at the date of production and certainly weren't there. This leads to sites like adultdvdempire and probably bang REMOVING these releases from their site. DSO Slutbus for example is gone (underage credit is now removed from iafd).
Also, "P" only scans shitty free porn gallery sites and forums like this and unfortunately thumbnails at adultdvdempire, who copy errors from iafd to their own credits. Lets say you search for Dina (Gold) from DSO etc. I haven't tried but I am pretty sure you won't get her Legalporno scenes as a result, because their scenes usually aren't on the sites P. scans. Instead the results will be many forum post with a picture of her at DSO and someone asking if she did b/g porn. If you trust the results it looks like she never did b/g porn, but she did, just not for sites that appear on P's results.
