Not even remotely close. That girl would be in her late twenties/early thirties now.
I looked at 49 and that was the only girl I thought was close. CzechCasting says 27 years old, so she could have been 18-19, and does share a lot of the same features. It doesn't look like her to me, but I suppose there is an outside chance since nose, tits, lips seem to match at least to a decent degree and I guess it has been 9 years, but IDK.

There is another 20-minute video on there called "party hardcore vol. 44 brunette". Also the user "PH_GirlsEdits" has started to do a few like that.
Here in the forum Zipomatic, among his big number of "amateur edits" (usually for whole parties), has also done something similar in at least two vids, where he picked 3 or 4 girls and put those "solo edits" together as one longer video compilation. I think he called them "Those crazy amateurs" or something like that. I also found both on the Hub under different names, to be honest I don't know if he uploaded them himself or somebody "stole" them.

There was also the partyhardcore amateur compilation project which made videos of what you are describing following one girl at a time. They made videos for parties around 30-50 I think, but now nothing for years. Try to google for it or I know one of the tor-sites have all of them. (It is named something like a bay of porn)
I haven't had access since the last change in management so I can't speak to the current situation but before that, you can stream or download maybe the previous 30 -50 parties. Old parties aren't on the site.
What happened with the change in management that made you want to stop subbing? I've fallen off from PH for the longest so I'm completely out of the loop on what's been going on.
Sinx seemed to go even more "professional porn" and looks to be interested in a pay-per-video type system. I only liked the site for the amateurs and there had been less and less worthwhile footage leading up to the new management. I don't even bother trying to find the new parties anymore because it's just a waste of time and effort.
