How did the contracts work back in the good old days though? The very fact they have "contracts" makes me believe we will never see true amateur action again. In the days before it became rubbish, lets say up to 2010, I always imagined that most of the girls who attended the parties as amateurs would have just had to sign a disclaimer, something along the lines of "I acknowledge that Eromaxx may film some or all of this event and may use the footage for commercial purposes, including broadcast and distribution, and by signing this disclaimer I consent to my appearance in such footage." That in a sense is no different than attending any ticketed filmed event such as a tv show or sports event where by attending you are effectively agreeing to your appearance in the broadcasters footage of that event.
