I'm visiting sometime in the summer- probably staying in Oakland. Will the BART system be sufficient enough transportation where I can see all the sites, without having to rent a car, or is it best to have a car to get around? I'm wondering if all the sites (Chinatown, GG Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf etc..) are all within walking distance.
