Yes he should have responded & stop catering to his base like the 'Birthers' & those who believe Obama is a Muslim.

Clowns like this Republican & his Leader (Speaker of the House) give tacit approval to this nonsense by not calling these fools out and telling them that Obama is 100% American & not a Muslim(not that anythings wrong with it).

And anyone suggesting/opining for the assasination of the President aren't fit to participate in the Democaratic process & had this man escorted out.
