Who the hell still cares about freakin cycling??? Bunch of juiced up criminals slash drug addicts riding around France on bikes. Fuck that shit...ha ha ha ha ha...:thefinger

an incredibly dumb thing to say ... even dumber than your usual drivel ... man do you have any intelligent interests? I mean you can't just jerk off all the time can you?

What does everyone think Lance's chances are of winning this year as of right now?

I would give him at least 80% chance, so far hes kept in touch with everybody who can potentially win it and then some. The mountain stages will make or break it for him.

I wonder if he can make it all the way to Paris.

The Tour de France is over, Contador has alrendy won it, he's the strongest : Best climber and, among the good climbers, he'es the best @ Time-Trial.
Nobody can beat him. Lance has clearly showed he's no longer the champ he used to be. During the next mountain stages, Andy Schleck will take 2nd place.
Armstrong is not even sure to be on the podium...

Yes very careful critical analysis of the current proceedings, Contador is a very competent climber, along with several others (whom are arguably much better than Lance). There are still plenty of extremely tough climbs which could do untold damage to almost any rider, and not forgetting those hair raising decents, where at the speeds they are going could have a very nasty accident putting them out of contention. So I still thinks its little early to crown anyone champion and write others off.

I am only following Tour de France this year because of Lance. I want him to win and stick it to all those French dope agencies who were (and still are) out to get him.

Turn off your TV, Lance won't win this time, the "american boss" is being told a tough lesson by 25 years old kid :thefinger

Amazing effort from Lance to get back on the yellow jersey group yesterday. It was fun to see the tour come through the Petit St. Bernard pass. I was skiing there less than 4 months ago.

Hope that Jens Voigt is OK, that crash looked nasty.

Today's stage is live in the UK on ITV4 for cheapskate bastards like me who don't have cable or satellite. Another set of roads I've driven time without number (to and from resort)

edited to add....

Jens Voigt has a broken cheekbone which is a lucky escape bearing in mind the severity of the crash
