Touchscreen on Notebook

Hello,
browsing gallieries is quite awfull, with this touch screen. Ok on tablets, you can do tihs. But on my laptop I want to turn of touch and use the arrow keys again.

Is there a way?

Nope the site thinks, I am on a tablet.
Is this a framework you use for touch?
