Tony Blair Elected to Unprecedented 3rd Term

I'm English and I don't give a flying fuck about the election, they're all liers in my opinion. Nowt much has changed anyway!

Fom an aussies point of view, Tony Blair seems to get reasonable marks from the Media.... but at the end of the day, I dont really care.

I certainly didn't vote for the t**t!

Who really cares?? Look who the US is stuck with??

Well, I don't really care,
but Happy Birthday, Tony Blair!
:sing:

Yes, I heard that the election day also was his birthday. Hey, I don't like him, I only wrote that because it rhymes! ;)

:hatsoff: Jackson

I like him a lot and if you look what he's done for the British economy it doesn't appear he's such a bad choice after all.

On a side note: The new US unemployment numbers came out today and those were well ahead of predictions. Not too shabby either.

He seems dedicated to his job and his country, i dont know that much about im, but it seems he is doing a good job for England if they elected him yet again.

He gets re-elected because there is nobody else to vote for. All the other parties are a bunch of no hopers. The British people aren't voting for Blair, they're voting for The Labour Party.

He will be gone soon anyway. Gordon Brown will become Prime Minister.

I never had a problem with Tony. I've always felt he does his best for his countrymen as well.

Tony Blair is finished. People in his own party are out to get him and I'm sure he will be gone in 18 months time. Tony Blair has lost the trust of the British people and he just can't seem to realise it. The strength of the British economy is largely due to Gordon Brown who is the most succesfull Chancelor that Britain has ever had. He is the natural successor to Tony Blair and would do much to heal the wounds made by Tony Blair.

politics...everyone hates politics, yet our lives are run by politicians ??? confusing little love-hate relationship we got...no matter what they will lie to get in office, ask you local car dealer to sell you a car for less then what it is worth, he'll tell you a false price, ask a parent to say you are a moron, not "special"....just close your eyes, check a box and don't complain when you hate the winner, even though you hate the loser too

not saying you all are complaining about Blair, but it reminds me of other elections

PS to Cooper's comment:
just because Blair leads the party does not mean he isn't displaying his party's views...why would he lead them; they chose him as a leader to express their views as a whole, not just his own

And he'll be gone soon, everbody's lost confidence in him, Brown will soon be in charge.
