I would agree with Maggie above. You must always do what you think is right for you. Try not to get yourself in to a position where you feel pressurised in to doing something. Once you give in to that and start doing things you're not comfortable with you will become a commodity and that's not right for you or anyone. I get wound up when I see posters on here saying *insert name* 'needs to' or 'should do' *insert niche*. If people aren't grateful for what they have already been given, where does it stop? They'll always be wanting more and they'll never be thankful for what they've been given already. To me, I view and treat my favourites on here as people, who like you and I have feelings. What's more I appreciate what they have done. I wouldn't think of suggesting or demanding that they need to do or should be doing anything. They aren't there to be demanded of.
If you're happy with what you're doing, there's no reason to change and if your followers are loyal, they'll be happy for you too.
