Siri I agree there are better solutions. But you have to admit $15 for a streaming clip is a bit ridiculous. With that kind of pricing Clips4sale is practically begging for piracy. I can buy a blue ray DVD with multiple scenes for $15. I believe that $5 per scene would be reasonable, and every one would win. This is just my opinion of course.

Not streaming. Individual clips on c4s stores are always downloadable. the only streaming is c4slive sites, and usually you get a lot more for your money there (for example for $33, one can access all clips from my c4s store for streaming view at http://siri.c4slive.com/)
The pricing is determined by the studio owner, not c4s. C4s does set a minimum price based on the length of the video. For example c4s's system will not let me list a 13 minute clip for sale for any less than $10.99, but I can make the price as high as I want. How long is the clip in question that slappythemoose was complaining about? Because if it were a 18-20 minute clip, then $15 would have been the minimum listing price allowed by c4s.
Of course you can buy a bluray DVD from elegant angel or brazzers cheap as dirt, and get more content. You're also getting a more generic experience that probably doesn't hone in on your particuar fetish. That's why clips4sale exists. If you have a fetish interest, you will find content to satisfy that interest on clips4sale, but because it's made by real people and not huge corporations, you're going to have to pay a little more for it. If I spend my own time and money producing a 20 minute fetish clip for fans who request that I do such a thing, and put it on clips4sale, I damn well expect my fans to think it's worth $15. I have no problem telling someone who doesn't see the value in my work to go buy something cheaper from someone else instead.
Also, saying that a studio is begging for piracy because the price is higher than you'd like it to be is pretty warped. So if I walk into a jewelry store and see a bracelet I like but I think the price is too high for that product, I should just steal it, because with a price that high they're just begging to have their merchandise stolen. Yeah, that's fair.

I've bought quite a few scenes from C4S over the last year. I must say that I've no problems with the prices what so ever. There are plenty of great ones at $4-6.99. As Siri says, you get a tailored scene that is exactly what you want, especially from POV Central, as opposed to Fish-eye lens, or guys jacking off and believing that constitutes a titfuck finish. I will be very unhappy indeed if Siri now does not post up any titfuck finishes on her C4S site, as I've been living in hope that she will, and would have bought them.
