Tiger Woods golf 2010 for ps3

I just got this and was wondering what everyone else thinks. It's way better then the 2007 version that I have, but it could still use a little work. The main reason why I'm posting this is to see if anyone can send me step by step directions, or a link on how to upload a picture and make it my game face. I was going to use a picture of gauge...lol
