He shot a man who was on a motorcycle before entering the IHOP and shooting the place up. Then he fired several rounds at various buildings in the area before capping himself. One good thing; there won't be millions of dollars wasted in prosecuting this turd.

Spokeswoman for Nevada’s Joint Information Center, Lesley Henrie has just confirmed that Eduardo Sencion, 32, the man who on Tuesday, killed five people, including himself yesterday in a shooting spree at a Carson City IHOP is a Mexican national in the country on a valid passport.

Don't know if you can classify a gun as a defensive weapon, I would consider things like shields and helmets as defensive. ps How many of these many many nutters have originally bought these guns to protect their homes then gone on to use the same gun in killing sprees because of a family argument, or because they were intoxicated, or because their partner left them, or because they lost their job etc. It only takes a second for a gun to change from an 'defensive' weapon to an 'offensive' weapon, in the mind of the holder anyway.
