I ran it thru TinEye and got two names, Stella McCartney and Charlotte-Kemp-Muhl. I'm pretty sure the correct name
is Charlotte-Kemp-Muhl.

Yes, I was sure Stella was the wrong name, but I like to be thorough. Someone had that name attached to a pic of Kemp on their Flickr page. Here is Kemp's thread. It isn't/wasn't much, but I am adding some links I found:
