@Wolverine, his name isn't Tyrone, it is Tyreese.

Since Tyreese is in the show now, he has relationships with two of the female cast members. So to answer you question, if they go the comic book route Carol (she is one of them) will survive until she does something to herself when she finds out about Tyreese and the other female cast member who have started a relationship. If you would like to know who I'm talking about, let me know and I will post who it is.

There have been quite a few changes from the comic, though - one major change being that Daryl and Merle are not in the comic. And, with that, the relationship between Carol and Daryl does not exist in the comic.
But, because it does in the TV show, I think that will prevent anything happening between Tyreese and Daryl. I know Daryl and Carol are not an item, but I think the two have been very slowly moving towards becoming a couple. I also think that it will be because of something Merle tries to do to Carol, it will lead to Daryl killing Merle. Just a hunch.

For sure. I knew that Daryl and Merle were never in the comic book though.

In the comic book Tyreese and Carol have a relationship for a little bit before he meets Michonne and starts a relationship with her. Michonne recognizes Tyreese from his football days talks to him for a little bit and then goes down on him. Carol stumbles upon this and lets a zombie eat her and kill her. It looks like Daryl and Carol have something going on, so if that does turn into something, maybe Tyreese and Michonne will get something going on too.

So far, the return episodes best moment was Daryl getting his crossbow back.

But the latest episode was intense and really good. The last 15 min of the show were very suspenseful and had me at the edge of my seat the whole time.

*Spoiler alert-do not read further if you don't wanna see this*

Axel was shot and killed, then Carol used his body as a shield before she could escape to safety and help the other girls return fire at the governor and his men, esp the guy in the guard tower. I'm hoping the next episode will be this good if not even better.

At the very end of the episode, someone with complete protective gear on, released a bunch of zombies at the prison that Rick and company now have to deal with. Any thoughts on who that was? Was it some random guy from the town or was it someone that we have seen before?

It looked like a woman based on the sleight frame and how the person walked but I think all of the known characters were accounted for so I can't think of who it would be other than a random Woodbury denizen.

I like when Rick confided to Hershel at the fence line that he was seeing Lori but knows she isn't real. At least you know he's not completely gone yet. I'm real interested where that goes.

And katana wielding Michonne once again redlines the badassOmeter with her performance in the prison yard coming to Hershel's rescue.

I love this show.

I just don't understand why Rick is being such a huge asshole to Michonne.
I mean he's been even more of a jerk to her than any other "outsider" they've come across, even though she has helped them a great deal.
He's become TOO paranoid to even accept the help they actually need.

Yeah, no kidding. She's clearly not an enemy and witnessing what she can do with that sword she'd be right at the top of my lets be friends list.

Nah, that doesn't happen, everyone can't die then there wouldn't be a show then.

I just don't like how Rick is going that crazy after Shane and Lori were killed.

In the comic book it is explained that a combo of losing Lori and Judith plus an infection developing in his stomach are the causes for his madness to appear. Later on Carl almost shoots Rick, because he looks almost like a zombie. Plus talking to her on the phone is his way of dealing with the loss of them, and that is short lived in the story.

I just hope the Governor meets the same fate in the show as in the comic book. If its anything like the comic book too, that was just a little hint of what he can do to the prison.

I just hope that Tyreese is still in the show. He is my third fav character and is a badass in the comic book. At this point, Rick and company need them for sure. They are outgunned and outnumbered without them.

wait for episode 10. rick will be getting some newish muscle for the group.

I think Rick scared away Tyreese and company, so it probably won't be them. Which sux cause in the comic book Tyreese never went to Woodbury which may happen in the next episode. In the prison, he was too busy being with Carol and Michonne later.

Another actor who may be returning is Morgan. Remember the guy and his son to take Rick in after Duane hit Rick in the head with the shovel in the pilot episode? From a couple of facebook pics someone is supposed to be giving Rick trouble, engaging with him in a firefight before both realizing who each other are. The episode that may feature Morgan is episode 12. Andrew Lincoln (Rick) during a panel interview with most of the cast, said he had a certain mindset for episode 12, like that of the pilot, and that is the episode to feature Morgan and his son.

This last episode "Clear" is one of the best of the series so far.

It was nice to get a break from the prison vs. woodbury story and finally finding out what happened to Morgan and his son. For Rick, nothing snaps you back into reality like seeing someone even more batshit crazy than you. There's some powerful moments like Rick finding the walkie talkie he gave to Morgan.
And it was good to see Michonne opening up and Rick warming up to her finally.

I think the moral of this episode is that zombies are dumb. Set up obvious traps for them and they'll walk right into them.

Couldn't agree more! I personally think it's the best one yet imo.

I can't believe they went the comic book route with Duane, although in the comic book, they actually show him as a zombie/walker.

I was right about Morgan being in episode 12 and I agree with it being one of the best episodes from the series, as most people are calling it that. Although I think the season finale of season 1, season finale of season 2, and the first episode of season 3 are better.

Another interesting thing is that the episode with the return of Morgan, was written by the new showrunner after Glen Mazara steps down after the end of this season. If the story continues like that, we are in store for some really good episodes.
