A minimum wage is needed for starter jobs.

I am in favor of dropping taxes on young workers until after the age of twenty-one.

If they at least start a savings account and take a course in money management and investing.

1) A lot of minimum wage jobs aren't starter jobs.
A lot of companies hire unemployed people only if they accept to be on minimum wage.
A lot of people on minimum wage have a family to support.

2) How could they save money or pay for money management course when they make barely enough to pay the rent and the food ?
