i dont have the article but i was reading some where that a small city in new york is talking about passing the law for the rights for woman to go topless in puplic like men?

i think sure why not its just boobs i have seen some pretty big man boobs in puplic before so why not what do you all think

If anything, what will probably happen before women are given the right to go topless is that men will just have that right taken away so people using the unequalness as a reason to get it changed will then have their argument undermined.

Plenty of cultures(especially non western) have had absolutely no problem with bare breasted women for centuries/milleniums. This silly childlike attraction to/fascination with Breasts(Janet Jackson debacle) has, for the most part, been an issue in Western cultures.
Not surprised that some said it would cause problems as some believe women(dressing provocatively) are indirectly responsible for how men act towards them.

Women in business skirts & blouses turn me on way more than those in Hot Pants, but I don't go into offices harassing them. Men are responsible for their own behavior & can't be excused by a womans' attire.

Well that was the very argument that got the law changed in NYC so that women could sun themselfs topless years ago.

Well yea if I had not grown up being deprived from not being able to see womens breasts while I was growing up I have no doubt that I would not obsess over the perfect (big) pair now. Then again maybe it would not have had any effect at all.
Now I need to go find a thread where I can see some BIG TITS!
