The final end game through acts of jihad, is a worldwide controlled caliphate whereby Sharia law is forced upon all mankind and subjugation of all non-muslims must take place. This is the ultimate desire of all devout muslims who remain faithful to the divisive and destructive religious tenets set by Muhammad, the prophet of islam.

Agree it's certainly not all muslims, as so many contend. Not even close. But radical islam as represented by isis IS potentially a huge threat. These people are fanatics. They can't be reasoned with. They can't be bought off. They have no respect for life outside their own philosophical sphere and little if any fear of death. Of course as it stands at present they aren't a threat to destroy the world. They haven't got the capacity. But if they should somehow manage to get their hands on nuclear weapons I have little doubt they would attempt to use them.
