C'mon, Wish you were Here is like 5 songs, Shine on you crazy Diamond is half the album, To me The Wall is much better.Floyds peak,But thats why its an opion post.. Neither fit in the under-rated category.

Prefab Sprout: Two Wheels Good

Hm, Pisces Iscariot is good, but it's more of a b-sides Album isn't it?

Arise: Every Metal - Fan likes that, so I don't think it's underrated...

I'd go for Fear Factory's "Obsolete"

then i need to go where you live. all my metal friends wont respect it. when it comes to sepultura, all they talk about is chaos ad. dont get me wrong, i love chaos, but arise is way better. they laugh at me for that.:(

doesnt mean it isnt good. it has its own tone. i like it. of course my favouites are machina and adore.[/QUOTE

Have you got Machina II?
If B-Sides Albums are allowed I'll go for "The Cure - Join the Dots"
4 CD's of mostly fantastic B-Sides and Soundtrack Songs...

Rock: Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band - Night Moves. "Live Bullet" got him known outside of the midwest but "Night Moves" made him a star.
Country: Hank Williams Jr. - Hank Williams Jr. and Friends. His first album that he did HIS music and told the world that if you don't like it, tough shit.

I'm not sure if it's underrated yet, as it only came out today.. But hopefully Clutch - Beale Street to Oblivion sells well, the guys deserve it.

That's just way too hard for me to answer I have so many albums. But a few that come to mind pretty early are:

Pink Floyd - 'Division Bell'
Radiohead - 'Amnesiac'
And of course Metallica ' ...And Justice for all'
