I guess we are at a stage now with all those different giant storylines and Marvel and DC "franchises" that the whole genre is installed so well in the business world that many deals that actors and studios and so on have are being talked over again, and RD jr probably wants a much bigger slice.

I believe there WILL absolutely be much more than Iron Man 4, and if all goes well, we might even get some of the legendary "Amalgam Universe" crossovers.

Then there is this on upcoming Defenders TV Series: On November 6, 2013, Disney and Marvel announced that a Defenders miniseries will air on Netflix, along with four other shows featuring Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage.[63] Charlie Cox, Krysten Ritter, Mike Colter and Finn Jones had been cast as Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist respectively.

To update this Luke Cage is out 9/30/16, Iron Fist in '17, The Punisher in '18, The Defenders Miniseries in ?.

I just watched Captain America Civil War. It's good but I agree with a fansite that it feels like "Avengers 2.5 or what to do until Thanos shows up".

I think it's great that Marvel finally is tapping into the magoic / classic supernatural side of the superbeings.

Dr. Strange, Scarlet Witch, possibly finally a correctly displayed Doctor Doom, etc.

Especially Doc Doom and The Mandarin were displayed wrong, in my opinion.

Fox has control of Dr Doom through their Fantastic Four deal. As for the Mandarin I too was disappointed that in IM3 they threw away a great villain for a very much more boring one.
