Yeah, I agree, finished it tonight.
Although maybe hard to compare since it is completely different in a lot of ways, never meant to be something like Uncharted - Zombie Edition...just feels like it is a level above, everything meant more.
I'm with one of the those commentators who aren't too keen on a sequel. But a prequel dealing with the events that led up to TLoU wouldn't be a bad idea, with the rise of the Fireflies and the quarantine zones being established. But if they never do another game with this IP then that's fine. I mean, did they ever make a sequel to the movie Citizen Kane? <queries google>
I've never seen Citizen Kane but it's supposed to be some kind of masterpiece.
'Best' quote (Empire Online - 5/5) - "The Last of Us is not just the finest game that Naughty Dog has yet crafted and an easy contender for the best game of this console generation, it may also prove to be gaming’s Citizen Kane moment, a masterpiece that will be looked back upon favourably for decades."
LOL
Ok, you get the picture. All bow down to the Naughty Gods
Really though, looks like a good one. Retail release June 14th in America. What do we think? (thought there was an old thread but couldn't find it)
