I imagine if it's ok to create entries about models, actresses, pornstars or just whores that lived before the Internet - or even before photography itself.

I got this idea when I was researching the biography of some 1900s starlets, like Colette, who has a lesbian show in Paris, 1907 or La Goulue, who was a nude model just when photography was becoming popular.

But why not go even earlier? Girls like the greek courtesans Phryne or Lais (the two of them) surely deserve honours.

And if we follow the pattern of the links sections, these images, below, might be labeled like:

As always, as long as it isn't about content that would violate the general board rules (especially rules 1-3), then it should be allowed. In practice it probably wouldn't go down well because of the types of members that populate this forum. The replies that you'd get with these sorts of threads would probably be nonexistent or maybe a slew of jokers and trolls would come in and derail it with off-topic juvenile bullshit and general wisecracking. Also, certain other specialized forums generally do (pre-internet) retro/vintage content much, much better and more comprehensively than FreeOnes.

Hmm.. Maybe if these sorts of threads were started by OCSMs who have an interest towards this sort of vintage... that might deter the off-topic bullshit and there might actually be a chance for some successful threads as a result.

I don't see a problem with it. Just make sure to credit the photo source by adding a link, and don't hotlink.

There's a lot of awesome vintage stuff out there (the sex museum in amsterdam has a butt load, no pun intended), and of course tons of classical nude art.
