It's actually kind of funny. It pokes fun at the "Hollywood Hunk" actors by intersplicing crazy-looking people and images--esp. non-macho images. A lot of the images are people who are in pain or disgust--that part I liked. Then it ends up showing the actual actor who will play the part--a virtual nobody.
