Christie (Dead Or Alive)

In Dead or Alive 3, Christie is an assassin hired by Donovan to keep an eye on, and eventually kill, Helena Douglas. Christie's mission is to stop Helena from competing in Dead or Alive 3 and later to prevent Helena from discovering more about the secret plans of Donovan and his anti-Douglas faction. She is disguised as a servant to Helena, though her specific occupation isn't given. When Helena confronts Christie, Christie reveals to her that she is actually an assassin sent by Donovan.

In Dead or Alive 4, Christie seeks to prevent the Mugen Tenshin clan (this includes Kasumi, Hayate and Ayane) and their ally Ryu Hayabusa from destroying DOATEC. It is also revealed that she was the assassin who killed Helena's mother (Earlier it had been implied that Ayane was the killer). She also fights Bayman (although not in her Story Mode) supposedly on seeking an evening of the score as being assassins.

Christie has supposedly returned to Zack island in Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 to carry out a special assignment for her client.

Lara. Croft (Tomb Raider)

The daughter of Lord Henshingly Croft, Lara was brought up in the secure world of aristocracy surrounded by tennis, butlers and corgis. But this all started to change when she went to the renowned school of Gordonstoun and found the mountains of Scotland.

Later, at her Swiss finishing school, she took to the art of extreme skiing and spent a holiday in the Himalayas searching for more challenging terrain. On her return trip however, the plane crashed deep within the mountains and Lara was the only survivor. Two weeks later, when she walked into a mountain village, her experiences had had a profound effect on her. Unable to stand the suffocating atmosphere of upper-class British society any longer, she realized she was only truly alive when she was travelling alone.

Despite this drastic life change, Lara still retains the essence of her upbringing - most notably with her polite, upper-class accent. Lara's parents though, having sported hopes of her marrying the Earl of Farringdon, were less than convinced about this chosen lifestyle and ceased to associate with their daughter - even terminating her monthly allowance. The Earl is still waiting.

While in England, Lara lives in a mansion in Surrey which she inherited many years ago. Atone time she saw little use in it but now realizes that, if nothing else, it is at least handy for storing all the artifacts she has acquired on her travels. Sheva Alomar (Resident Evil)

At the age of 8, Sheva’s parents died in what appeared to be a factory accident. Her uncle came to take Sheva and house her in his home along with 7 other children. One day Sheva ran away from her uncle's house into the savanna where she was found by a truck driver who housed and fed her, but little did she know that this truck driver was a member of the guerilla group.

She later joined the anti-government guerrilla group where she learned that what happened to her parents was much more than a simple accident. The factory was the location of a final test of one of Umbrella's many B.O.W.'s. With the help of the government's army, Umbrella erased Sheva's village and its inhabitants once the test was complete.

Sheva remained with the guerrillas through her childhood. She was 15 when she was contacted by American operatives to stop Umbrella from selling a B.O.W. to the guerrillas. With Sheva's help, the operatives stopped the deal and apprehended the Umbrella salesman. The man who initially contacted Sheva offered her a chance to start her life again in America. Sheva accepted. Within months, Sheva was speaking English like a native and enrolled in a university two years later. After graduation, her benefactor suggested she join the B.S.A.A. While Umbrella had dissolved years before this, Sheva's hatred of Umbrella and all others like them led her to join the B.S.A.A. Sheva was assigned to Josh Stone's unit for eight months for training. Upon completion of her training, B.S.A.A. chose her to become an agent.

Meryl Silverburgh is the commanding officer of Rat Patrol 01. Prior to her inauguration as commander, Meryl was a well-known career soldier due to her involvement in the FOXHOUND Rebellion of 2005, her first mission where she worked together with famed mercenary Solid Snake. She was thought to be the niece of former FOXHOUND commander Roy Campbell but was later discovered to actually be his daughter.

According to official records, Meryl Silverburgh is the daughter of Roy Campbell's younger brother, Matt Campbell. However, more recent evidence shows that Meryl was born after an affair between Roy Campbell and her mother. When Meryl was young, Matt Campbell was killed in action during the Gulf War. Tina is a wrestling star from the United States who dreams of even greater fame. She first joins the Dead or Alive tournament, hoping that she can use it as a vehicle for becoming discovered as a supermodel, but her father Bass forbids it. To ensure that she does not achieve her goal, he also joins Dead or Alive to put an end to her fame-seeking. After competing in the first tournament, Tina is apparently defeated by her father, Bass, and enters the second tournament to achieve her dream of becoming a model. Elizabeta Torres (Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned)

Elizabeta Torres (born 1977) is a thirty-one year old successful small-time drug dealer in Bohan, introduced to Niko Bellic by Mallorie Bardas.

She first sends Niko Bellic to protect Patrick McReary during a drug deal in Luck of the Irish. The deal goes bad therefore resulting in Niko killing the attackers with a sniper rifle.

She is later seen at a house party dancing with Carmen Ortiz and sends Niko Bellic with Playboy X and Johnny Klebitz to do a heroin deal in the mission Blow Your Cover (Buyer's Market in The Lost and Damned).

Johnny Klebitz later works with Elizabeta, by stealing a van full of cocaine from the Angels Of Death. To do this, she also employed Malc of the Uptown Riders to ambush the convoy at the tollbooth to Bohan. They were successful, and made away with the drugs.

She employs Klebitz again to pick up Marta, a drug mule from Puerto Rico. She was being arrested by an airport official, but escaped when Klebitz kicks the custom's agent in his genitals.

Later, after arguing with Little Jacob over some crooks who stole her coke, Elizabeta asks Niko Bellic to retrieve it in The Snow Storm. Afterward, the police begin coming down hard on Elizabeta for her involvement in the drug trade, which causes her to become increasingly edgy, restless, and paranoid.

She employs Klebitz and the Uptown Riders one last time to sell coke to a couple in Bohan, but the deal goes wrong, with one of the couple shooting Klebitz' bike, forcing him to ride with Malc. The police saw this as a terrorist act, and sent many officers to chase down Klebitz and Malc. They all escape, and Klebitz takes a disabled police cruiser to suffice for a new vehicle. After this, she warns Johnny to stay away from her, as the heat is closing in.

During Niko's last visit to Elizabeta, she explains to Niko that she can feel the cops on her, that her bodyguard Jorge turned states, and that everyone's a rat. In her disturbed state, she shoots and kills Manny Escuela and Jay Hamilton when Manny tries to film her as a part of his documentary about getting rid of crime in Bohan and gets Niko to get rid of the bodies. After said mission. She similarly warns Niko to stay away from her, as the LCPD is rapidly closing in on her operation.

Sometime afterward, according to the police database website, Elizabeta enters police custody. According to Weazel News, Liberty Tree reports, and radio news, she is sentenced to 300 years of imprisonment for 30 charges (10 years each) of cocaine distribution.

Bastila Shan, daughter of Helena Shan and a hunter, was born on the planet Talravin. Shan shared a loving and powerful relationship with her father. As Mandalorians raided worlds on the Outer Rim during the Mandalorian Wars, Mira was taken in as a slave when her home was sacked. Mira was raised by the Mandalorians from a young age but they later accepted her into a Mandalorian squad, and she was taught how to fight, hunt, and survive like a Mandalorian, and was treated as a part of the unit. However, at the age of fourteen, the Battle of Malachor V erupted. Mira lost her adopted family when the Mass Shadow Generator activated.

With the Mandalorians crushed at Malachor V, the Galactic Republic was flooding with refugees, and many of them—including Mira—ended up in the refugee sector of Nar Shaddaa. To survive in the hostile environment, she became a bounty hunter. While she worked for credits, she recognized that the Mandalorian Wars left people scattered and lost. Her wish was to find these people and begin to piece the galaxy back together and then perhaps find herself or a new family. Her provocative clothing was a device to distract male opponents so that she could defeat them and check any outstanding bounties on them.

Unlike other bounty hunters, who enjoyed killing their victims, Mira believed that a good bounty hunter did not need to kill their targets—especially if they knew their targets well. Despite her strange beliefs, she soon became successful, and that success predictably led her enemies to envy. Eventually, she gained the attention of an unknown being who employed the Wookiee Hanharr to hunt her.

Mira was a fast-talking, no-nonsense woman, with a dry wit and, in the words of the Exile, "lots of attitude." Despite this, she had sympathy for all life and due to this, never killed unless absolutely necessary. All of this due to the fact she related to them and knew what it would be like to lose family like she had lost on Malachor V. When she joined with the Jedi Exile, she began to kill more easily and did not find it comforting in the very least.

The Boss (a.k.a. The Joy) is a legendary American soldier, founder and leader of the Cobra unit, and is known as the mother of the U.S. special forces. According to the Metal Gear Solid 4: Database, she was born in 1922 and is the daughter of one of the original members of the Philosophers behind the Philosophers' Legacy. She is known in Russia as Voyevoda, literally meaning The Warlord. In June 1944, during World War II, she led the Cobra unit to victory at the Battle of Normandy. She was pregnant at the time with a baby fathered by The Sorrow. The Boss gave birth to a baby boy on the battlefield via a messy caesarian section that left her with a long, snaking scar across her abdomen. The baby was taken by the Philosophers and would later grow up to be Revolver Ocelot.

The Boss is Naked Snake's mentor; he saw her as a mother-figure and she saw him as the son she never got to raise. The Boss and Snake took on numerous missions for the ten years they were together, and the two of them are responsible for creating CQC.

Sniper Wolf was one of the renegade members of FOXHOUND who took over Shadow Moses Island with the Genome Army. She was a Kurdish sharpshooter and has a great love for wolves and dogs.

Sniper Wolf was an Iraqi Kurd born and raised in the middle of a violent guerrilla conflict between Kurdish rebels and the Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein, surrounded by gunfire, sirens, and screams. She was constantly being hunted after and always had to move from one shelter to another on a regular basis. When she would wake up from sleep, she would find one of her friends or family dead beside her, and prayed that she would make it through each day. The international community did nothing to help her or stop the fighting.

During the 1988 Al-Anfal Campaign in the Iran-Iraq War, Sniper Wolf witnessed the gassing of her friends and family at the hands of Iraqi soldiers. Sniper Wolf would later be trained by a Gurkha who taught her all he knew about sniping.

During the Gulf War in 1991, Sniper Wolf met Big Boss, who saw great potential and talent within her. Big Boss brought the young Sniper Wolf to the United States. Sniper Wolf eventually came to look up to Big Boss, whom she called "Saladin."

She then became a lone sniper, so she could watch and wait, and see war from the outside rather than from the inside. She could now get her revenge on the world. After the "death" of Big Boss, Sniper Wolf was later recruited into FOXHOUND, to get her revenge on the world.

She eventually became a famous sniper and was capable of waiting for her targets for days, even weeks, without moving or even eating. Claire is the younger sister of Chris Redfield. Claire is really close with Chris and the two developed a bond with each other. At the age of 19, Claire is a college student who loves motorcycles. After hearing the news about the mansion incident in the Arklay Mountains, Claire heads to Raccoon City to see her brother.


Claire arrived in Raccoon City in search of her brother, but found something much worse. After she is saved from nearly being eaten alive by a virus carrier, Claire and Leon S. Kennedy hatch a plan to get out of Raccoon City as soon as they can. After being separated, Claire explored the deserted police station, eventually running into the corrupt Chief Irons and twelve-year-old Sherry Birkin, the daughter of two important Umbrella researchers, William and Annette Birkin. Claire encountered Annette on at least one occasion, during which she accused Claire of being a spy for Umbrella. As Sherry and Claire looked for a way out of the city, they were stalked by the mutated Birkin. Whilst inside the sewers, Sherry and Claire were separated, during which time Sherry was found by Birkin and infected with the G-virus. Upon reuniting, Claire attempted to find a cure for Sherry within Umbrella's underground labs. While in the laboratory, Claire ran into Annette one more time, before William arrives and fatally wounds his former wife. Before dying, Annette gave Claire the instructions for creating the G-virus antidote, making her escape and having Leon take Sherry to an escape train before the lab self destructed. Her escape, however, was thwarted once again by Birkin, forcing her to fight the monster and incapacitate it. Claire then rushed to the train, joined Leon, and successfully administered the vaccine to Sherry. Unfortunately, Birkin, now a gigantic, amorphous blob, attacked the train, thus triggering another self-destruct sequence. Claire, Leon, and Sherry escaped moments before the train exploded, destroying Birkin once and for all. Not long after their escape, Leon urged her to leave them and go search for her brother.

Three months after her escape from Raccoon City, Claire infiltrated Umbrella's Paris facility in search of her lost brother, Chris. At some point in her investigation, her presence was detected and a security team was dispatched along with a military chopper to eliminate her. After evading the security force, and having narrowly evaded helicopter gunfire, she was ambushed by the team's remainder, and captured by Rodrigo Juan Raval. She was then taken to Rockfort Island to be imprisoned. Due to her strong will to survive and to find her brother she was able to again find her way through the island once it had been attacked by an unknown enemy. Another viral outbreak happened on the island. During her attempt to escape, Claire ran into Steve Burnside, another prisoner on the island, and the two eventually joined forces. During this time, Claire also encountered Alfred Ashford, who insisted that Claire had led enemy forces to the base, and who then released multiple B.O.W's to stop her. Claire also had a run-in with her brother's old rival, Albert Wesker , who decided to leave her as "bait" to get Chris to arrive at the island. As all of this happened, Claire soon found out about Alexia Ashford, and had a supposed run-in with "her", only to be saved by Steve, who then shot "Alexia", revealing that it was none other than Alfred, stating him as a "cross-dressing freak". As the two found a cargo plane to escape the island, Alfred then sent out the T-078 Tyrant to deal with the two survivors, and also had the plane's auto-pilot redirected, sending the two survivors directly to Antarctica. Upon arriving at the base, Claire and Steve found that the entire facility had been infected by the t-Virus. They managed to locate an Australian research base nearby. After having one last showdown with Alfred, she and Steve used a snowmobile to escape the Australian base, but were forced to deal with Nosferatu before leaving. Things seemed fine as the two headed for the base, until a dying Alfred managed to awaken the REAL Alexia from stasis, who then held them captive.

When Chris finally arrived at the Antarctic facility he managed to rescue Claire, but was separated from her once again by Alexia. To make matters worse, Claire soon found Steve, who had been infected with the t-Veronica virus, thus causing him to mutate. Claire was forced to escape from the monster, only to be nearly killed by a giant tentacle. Steve suddenly came to his senses, and freed Claire, only to be mortally wounded in the process. As he reverted back to his human form, he confessed his love to Claire, and died by her side.

Though emotionally distraught from what happened to Steve, Claire managed to give Chris instructions for initializing a self-destruct sequence, before eventually reuniting with him. After Chris killed the mutated form of Alexia once and for all, he attempted to escape with Claire, only to be interrupted by Wesker. Once their confrontation was over, Chris and Claire evacuated in a harrier, determined to bring Umbrella down, once and for all.


7 years later, Claire joined a non-government organization called Terra Save, which campaigned against Bio-terrorism. She arrived in Harvardville Airport to meet a friend who was part of Terra Save as well , but was caught up in a Bio-terrorism event herself after an outbreak of the t-virus occurred within the airport.

Stuck in the airport, Claire tried to find a way to escape with the others in her party, which included Rani Chawla, Ron Davis, and an airport employee. After calling 911 and waiting for help, a sudden scream followed by gunfire gave Claire the knowledge of other survivors. Maneuvering into the hallways to find them, wielding only an umbrella (ironically colored exactly like Umbrella Corporation's logo), she eventually came into contact with Leon S. Kennedy and his party. After escaping the airport, Claire headed to WilPharma with Frederick Downing. Once there she learned that the G-Virus was being held there. As she called Leon, a time bomb was set off, causing a shard of glass to embed itself within her leg, severely affecting her mobility. While escaping WilPharma, Claire tried to help Leon and Angela Miller escape from Curtis Miller, who had mutated due to an self-injection of the G-virus. Once Curtis was disposed of, the three survivors cornered Frederick, who had been involved with the attacks in India and Harvardville, and arrested him. With the threat of any further outbreaks temporarily subdued Claire and Leon opt to meet again under more normal circumstances as Leon rushes off to his next mission in a helicopter whilst Claire goes back to Rani and her friend's care waiting in the distance.

Ling’s first appearance in the King of Iron Fist tournament came about for an ever-so-slightly frivolous reason. She loves amusement parks, and wanted to use the tournament prize money to build a really big one.

Hoping to enter the tournament, she stowed away on a ship owned by the Mishima Zaibatsu, and made short work of its security contingent once she was discovered. Heihachi Mishima, though normally not possessed of a noticeable sense of humor, admired the young girl’s spunk, and decided to care for her. She enrolled in a Mishima-run high school, alongside Heihachi’s other ward, the young Jin Kazama.

Jin and Ling became close friends – when Jin disappeared after the events of the third King of Iron Fist tournament, Ling set out to discover what had happened to him. As she learned more and more of the Mishima family’s violent history, she became obsessed with her quest to rescue Jin and somehow help him escape his tragic destiny.

Ling fights using many traditional Chinese martial arts, including baguazhang and piguaquan, which she learned from her grandfather, Wang Jinrei. Her companion Panda, however, picked up his fighting skills from Heihachi Mishima, who trained the enormous bear to serve as Ling’s bodyguard.
