GWB proved people don't care about spending (not that it's a good thing) as they can't relate to it. All they know is whether the things they can relate to are looking good or not. From what I read that is misleading are not complete. The people from there would have likely stated they were from Kenya. The name of that land had been referred to as Kenya since the 1800s and from 1920-1963 it was referred to as the Colony of Kenya.
