The End Is Nigh

Earlier this year, women became the majority of the workforce for the first time in U.S. history. Most managers are now women too. And for every two men who get a college degree this year, three women will do the same. For years, women’s progress has been cast as a struggle for equality. But what if equality isn’t the end point? I think it's possible that women, feeling like they had more to overcome as females (whether this were true or not), have been more motivated to change things and make their lives better. With this in mind, I think it's very possible it comes full circle, and the trend reverses, with men realizing they need to establish a better work effort and be more motivated to keep up the with world, just as women started to years ago.

It's not surprising. Women are born managers. They just love to organize things and manage people.

Which is why I can't bare living with them.

I like having a woman on top whether it's her being my boss or doing a reverse cowgirl on me.

Exactly, let us men sit at home watching TV and playing video games whilst the women go out and work for a change, that's true equality for you.

Right?
