The laws in The Czech Republic are not the same as they are in The United States. They do not require STD tests to legally shoot porn.

I think only in a few spots are there actual laws about STD tests in the US. Most producers do it for liability reasons and because it's smart. Dudes have a pretty low risk for getting STD's and guys like Ales are probably tested a lot and the guy is probably just going to bareback whomever if it gets his shoot done. I think a few years ago CZC was a bit more real and he pretty much only bagged up when the girl asked.
