Kearney. I like the joke that he's in elementary school, but he has kids of his own, a car, driver's license, ex wife, etc.

I think Carl too. I liked when Homer pranked Lenny for Mr. Burns. Then he pranked Carl and Mr. Burns said, "What are you doing man! That's Carl!" I think they should do an episode based around Carl.

Also, it isn't a character, but I like the running joke they have about Albany. Like, Homer will blow up his nuclear control board and someone will say, "There goes Albany!"
