It's illegal. Wether he wanted to or not, it's still a crime to have sex with someone underage. These teachers receive lighter sentences or nothing at all. But, if someone has a few ounces of Marijuana they are railroaded.

Well I don't know I have had a lot of teachers I wanted to play red rover with but you know how it is.
