thanks for ocsm account but how do i?

thanks freeones for ocsm account but 2 questions
how do i upload a photo to show as my ocsm advtar as at moment says no image uploaded yet but ive been looking and clicking with no joy finding it lol
also ive try to upload other photos to my gallery but no matter what i try uploading keeps coming back exceeded my qouta what is the max file size?

Hey Candee,

I´ve sent you an email outlining what is necessary in order to give you full OCSM status.

As for the avatar, if you go to "Settings", you find on the left hand side of your screen a link that says "Edit Avatar", click this and you´ll be brought to a new page where you can see a headline called "Custom Avatar", either put in the URL from the site where the avatar is located or hit browse in the box below it to upload one from your own computer.

hi yes sorry maybe not explaining properly im trying to change the thumb photo in top left corner on this page http://www.freeones.com/html/c_links/Candee_Girl/

also when i try to upload photos to my gallery it says size exceeded but they are small?? what is file limit?

i have done what was sent to my email unless ive missed somthing??
