I came across this video today and was trying to figure out who she was or where the video came from. I'm not sure if I can post the video link but if needed I can post it in this thread.
The video starts with a guy that looks like he's got some kind of headache, with a mona lisa painting behind him. (How to I prevent that link from appearing?)
She has some kind of sun tattoo on her left shoulder, as seen in one of the screenshots.
