There is definitely something going on here with these babes as they get older, I can't put my finger on it either. Maybe it's just that they begin to take more care of themselves? Hope it's not just airbrushing.

I agree. She had a far more attractive face before the surgery and completely unneccessary.
I think Tera Patrick looks better now. She has breast implants that look great and her overall fashion is better.

I find it hard to answer this.
I think she is very beautiful and as least as good looking now as she was when she was younger.
But I hate the idea that she had plastic surgery and a boob job.
In one way I do not understand why guys enjoy looking at or playing with a bag of silicone, but I accept that they do and really they and not me are the ones who know what makes a girl sexy. Maybe I am jealous that she is willing to do these things and I am not?
Also I understand that for a woman who makes her living with people looking at them whether in porn or say as a television presenter you have to treat your body differently to an ordinary person. Your body is more of a tool of your trade and you may have to get more work done on it than some one like me.
I also think it is cool that she is married and that she works in to get more respect for women who work in porn. And that she has kept at it for so long and done so much.
Altogether I think she is at least as good looking now.

Boring? I still remember that vid where this guy pounded her doggystyle and slapped her in the face and she wanted more... Tera Patrick is hot at any age.

i believe we see the expanding breasts & the unnecessary plastic surgery in Hollywood and ESPECIALLY in porn because actresses otherwise plateau... there are new hotties coming along & if they don't change something or have something 'unique' they won't keep pulling down the bucks...
that said, the new sleeve tat I've seen on Tera isn't awful, as some sleeve tats can be... the decision to do HC from an intelligent gal was nice... sort of NOT the stereotypical 'i'm in porn because my [insert male relative of your choice here] abused me sexually beginning at age 12..'
she likes sex... she likes showing herself off... she can make money at it... who can fault that? hell, i'd do it if i had the equipement to keep from starving.
so is she hot today? yeah... more hot then before? I'm not a silicone supporter, so I'd say no to the body... just yes to the attitude that sex is still a focus beyond the age of 30.
