Teach me how to make quality animated .gifs

Hello,

I captured some stills from a porn vid frame for frame and i would like make a nice smooth animated .gif. Problem is I don't know how, and the software I used sucks, the gif it creates is too choppy. I searched google but the info isn't all the great so I turn to my fellow prevs...
