I strongly vote NO for a boob job. A main reason her fans like her now is for her youthful, petite appearance. Young and seemingly innocent. A boob job would destroy all of that and estrange her fans.

If she wants to do something new, and in response to your second question, she should get more into anal and DP. Lose a few inhibitions.

At the very least, do a DP scene before the boob job, so we can have a before and after.
