Early-90s porn starlet Tamara Lee is one of many who have fallen into the "rumored death" category. Apparently there were widespread reports that she'd died of AIDS in 2005.
Fortunately some eagle-eyed porn fans spotted a MILF site with photos of someone who looked a lot like Tamara Lee and who also used the name Tamara. The Adult Film Database blog investigated and managed to confirm that this is Tamara Lee and the scene was shot with Dino Bravo in 2006, after her supposed death:
