The b&w photos were taken by a third camera while Sylvia Groess was both photographed and video taped for an Italian magazine.

A pictorial shot in early 1978 presents hot Sylvia as a waitress of The Green Bar.
Pictures from this shooting appeared in various magazines and also as calendar sheets.
They also illustrated many articles about bars, clubs and hostesses in a number of magazines within the following ten years or so.

Advertising Prater's only strip show

Prater is a huge garden and park in the heart of Vienna.
Prater also is an amusement park at one corner of the huge garden - with one
of Vienna' landmarks: The Giant Wheel.
Today the "Würstlprater” (Sausage Prater) as the amusement part is called by locals, is a quite up to date
amusement facility. In the early 1980 it was run down, dirty and a rotten place filled with gambling arcades and cheap
sex entertainment. The leaflet shown was part of an information about "sex entertainment in Vienna".

As legend has it, the pictures were taken at a model agency's party in a club in Vienna in 1976.
After midnight the DJ announced, there is a major need of nude-models agencies are looking for.
The girl who dares to perform a strip-tease would be rewarded with a contract.
Sylvia Groess was the girl first in line to volunteer. With disco sounds by playback Sylvia acted like
a singer to take her cloth off - which in fact was just al long silver dress with a plunging neckline.
Nothing underneath - not even panties. It is reported the event was the beginning of her career
as a nude model.
