Gravitationally, absolutely nothing. The moon gets this close every couple of weeks - however, it is a rarity that we see this much of Luna during this phase.

Just to add to what Stan said the Moon is very slowly moving away from Earth so it's actually going to be further away than before.
The moon will be so close it will wake up the Ancient ones, the eldest Vampire's that have been sleeping for century's. They will return to take back what is rightfully theirs!

Clouds & rain here too, but I caught a glimpse of the moon earlier this AM through the broken clouds, so we'll just keep our fingers crossed for later tonight.
