Suggestion for more efectiveness

First at all please let me say that I found this forum at Freeones simply great and the possibility to get some help from other people for identification of unknowed girls and pornstars is fantastic. Thank you very much Freeones and all users!

Nevertheless I want to make a suggestion in order to improve the effectiveness of this forum.

I think it is confusing that there are here a lot of "concluded" threads (Girl has already been identified by Freeones users) mixed with still "open" threads (Girl hasn´t been identified until now).

Could there be a possibility to distinguish between still open threads and already concluded threads?

In this way I think the probability would be much higher to "conclude" positively posted threads. And the probability for older but still "open" threads to be forgotten would be smaller.

What is your opinion? Thank you!

Yes the mods could go threw and close the threads. And or we could move the thread to a new forum after her name is found. The interesting thing is the poster do start a conversation some time after telling who the model is. Also people pop in and add some links for that model. Sometimes people are wrong. If they where closed and or moved, others will start a new thread saying that other were wrong.

True, but I have to agree with Hernan that perhaps a new system could be discovered. Mabey not exactly what he suggested because you have a valid point, Famousbabes. But perhaps something like a section for positively ID'd babes separated into active and inactive threads. Ideally, the system would automatically move threads into either category if they become inactive or become active again. And with the post-reply notification system, you might be able to also have it send out notifications (to those who choose to receive them) when a thread is moved from an unidentified forum to a positively ID'd forum and subsequently from an active subsection to an inactive subsection and vice versa.

The idea is to make them more easily searchable and more intelligently categorized (I'm not, of course implying that the people who run this board are unintelligent... simply that I think we can all come up with a better way of organizing it all).

I don't know if I'm going off topic, but if there is a problem on this board it's people starting new threads about girls whose names they already know in the Find Your Favorite Babe section, not bothering to search first. THAT is why there's so much needless "clutter."

So I'm saying it's the fault of the regular posters (and the newer members seem especially guilty of this) that this place isn't as user-friendly as it could be. Giving the mods a new responsibility (one which ignores the most serious issue) doesn't seem like the best way to go.

Whats the advantage of searching a forum that has thread of "Who's this" thread?

People won't search this forum before poster there pics.

And if you searching for Veronica Tyler pics they won't go there to find them.

Here's a tip.
If there's a "who's this" thread, and there is more than 6 replies considerate answered.

I just don't see this as a problem as at myself.

Keep at though guys maybe you will win me over. hehe.

Thank you for spending your time considerating my suggestion.

For certain I don´t want to make any additional administration work for the mods. I was just thinking loud.

But I think it is a real fact that when you post a new thread in "Find your Favorite Babe" you should be lucky enough that you get the posted girl identified in the first 2 days. Otherwise the still "open" thread has only poor chances to be visited later by the users and you will be forced to "refresh" it regularly.

A quite simple possibility to manage this problem could be to reserve 2 special Message Icons for "still open" and for "concluded" threads. This Icons should be set by the poster.

In this way users could easily recognize in which threads there are girls still waiting for identification. :wave2:

Something easy to do : give some quick details in the thread's tittle. Not only " who is she " but "brunette, busty, and so on" so you don't have all those "who ?" on the same page...

it is too much work. We would have to read through every thread made every day and close or move them as appropriate. It would never work. Fact is that whether the threads were moved to a new forum or not people would still be too lazy to look in it and just make a post anyway. That is why it wont work.
