Stolen Copyright Image

I got a little bit of a scare when I posted a link to a picture for a thread I made. I clicked on the link to see if the picture would show up and it said "STOLEN COPYRIGHT IMAGE". Am I in major trouble now and should I be concerned about it? You'd think if it had the url along with it then it wouldn't be considered a crime. Please tell me I'm not in any deep sh*t.
