I hate the old Star Trek, new one is awesome.

It doesn't seem that bad. I don't really like the fact to make a good movie they felt they had to break with canon. For that reason I don't know if I really can consider it a true Star Trek move. More of a good movie with Star Trek stuff in it.

Real good.
In Star Trek I only liked the original series and the 6 movies, all what cae after, (Next Génération, Deep Space nine, Enterprise and the movies linked to these series), IMO, it's not Star Trek. Star Trek without Kirk Spock, Scotty, Sulu, Chekov, Uhura, it's not Star Trek. But These guys can ben interpred by other actors than Nimoy, Shatner...

And it was a good idea to tell the story of how kirk became captain of the Enterprise, of he met Spock, how the enterprise crew had been gathered... And I'm glad that the movie respected what was said in i don't know wich ancient movie that Kirk succeeded in a test made tombe impossible to succeed by cheating. at least the scenarist knew the work of his predecessors
